The top-up portal is now open! You can already load credit onto your wristband online here:
On site you can charge your credit online or at the cashless stations. At the Info-Points all common payment methods (EC-card, credit card, Apple Pay etc.) are accepted.
Please note that this year it is not possible to top up your chip with cash.
The exchange rate applied is the current daily rate at the time of top-up. The currency on your wristband will be Złoty (PLN). All prices on site are shown in Złoty.
Self-Service Top-Up Stations are located at the Info Point, the Oasis, the Food Court, between Freaky Forest and Creatures Corner and at the Cosmic Circus.
The credit can be used for drinks, food, massages and the shops. If you lose your chip, you can block the credit at the Info Point.
If you have credit left after the festival, you can get your refund online up to six weeks after the festival. Please keep the chip of your wristband.
