What are we already doing?

Sustainability

We acknowledge that events of the scale of our festival have a negative impact on the environment. Therefore we try to reduce the negative impact by:

- buying and serving organic juice, lemonade and sparkling wine

- not harming the environment by choosing a date that goes along with the natural life cycle of the flowers on our campground (grass is only cut once a year in the beginning of September)

- building the stages and bars in a sustainable way so that structures last for a long time and can be reused

- buying second hand or high quality materials and products that last long

- using reusable cups

- offering pocket ashtrays to avoid cigarette garbage

- offering organic and fair trade merchandise

- using biodegradable stickers

- focusing on mostly vegan and vegetarian food stands

Work with local suppliers & employees

- wood, beer, construction and infrastructure projects

- cooperation with small local businesses and neighbours

- paying local taxes

Social Responsibility

- We have a big psy care and awareness team, a security team, baywatch, paramedics and doctors

- several lovingly created chill out spots on the island to provide as many safe havens as possible

- We raise the wages any time possible

- We provide the opportunity for more spiritual encounter through our spirit space & the choice of workshops

- We offer high quality sanitary

- We support a high number of creatives from the scene
